She has been valuing businesses and providing transaction services full time since 1996, having valued businesses for purposes including estate and gifting, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, purchase price allocations, bankruptcy and litigation. She also serves as an expert witness in business value. Renee's professional career began in 1984 after she graduated from
the university of Wisconsin at Green Bay with a B.S. in marketing and
includes public accounting, controllership and consulting experience.
She is an active member of the Chota Canoe Club. |
