C&J Valuation Advisors is East Tennessee’s leading provider of business valuation, merger & acquisition, and real estate advisory services.
We have over 75 years of combined experience involving more than 1,000 projects, and continue to be among the largest and most experienced full time valuation groups in East Tennessee. Our team members hold relevant professional designations and degrees including: ASA, ABV, AVA, CCIM, CEI, CM&AA, CPA, and MBA.
However we don’t limit ourselves to Tennessee, each year we complete several projects or advise clients in neighboring states. We have helped clients sell businesses to both industry companies in other states and private equity groups based in financial centers in the US. Further still, we have recently worked on engagements involving companies in Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Since 1996 we have delivered in-depth business valuations and strategic consulting services that have helped over 500 clients achieve their objectives, and have assisted clients with business sales and sale/leaseback transactions exceeding $200 million dollars in total consideration.
